Prices shown at checkout are in the currency displayed and include the applicable product price. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Orders are verified against stock and payment status before dispatch.

Price accuracy is checked at checkout. If a listed price is wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel without charge.

Cancellation requests must be sent to customer support before an order has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can be handled under our returns guidance instead.

Domestic and international orders are fulfilled on the timelines and routes described on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates and depend on carrier and destination.
